Lesson 4

Yes! Infocom studies! I love it! Today's lesson was mostly about CSS.In today lesson, we were introduced what is Cascading Style Sheet (CSS). We were once again refer to the last week slides on HTML & CSS but mostly focus on slide 8 - 10 only. We also viewed this youtube video on Introduction to CSS to supplement what teacher has taught. In fact, there are differences between internal and external styling method. I did not know that. We also completed some worksheets. CSS is indeed very useful. From these IS studies, i have learnt how to make HTML and CSS. They are indeed going to be very useful and helpful to me in the future. Next time, I want to create a HTML, I can definitely do A very nice HTML. I love IS!

Lesson 3

Today again was much the same at the beginning. However, today i learnt quite alot.In today lesson, i get to knowing the backbone behind the website and i learn to build web pages using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML). We need to create a HTML about the HDP flats and i learn how to post a link and a picture into HTML. Making HTML is so fun! We also watched videos on how to make a HTML. Lastly, we got small briefing about CSC which we were going to do next week. I love infocom studies!

2nd lesson on Infocom studies

I love infocom studies. Well, today was much the same other then we got there faster than the previous time. When we went it, Mr. Kent was setting his computer up. We rush to play with our chairs. Hahaha. Next we went to the front and Mr.Kent was asking who did not do the blog. Unfortunately, there are four who did not do. Next we were instructed to create a ning account. We created quickly and we were also instructed to send our blog to him through the smb. After doing that, Mr.kent taught us the social impact of new media technologies, ethical issues on media usage and intellectual property and blog/website differences. I love infocom studies!

1st lesson about Infocom studies

I love infocom studies. During the first lesson, we went to the computer lap which was quite far away from our class. We took around ten minutes walk and Mr. Kent almost gave us a scolding. After we settle down, we sat on the new chairs and start playing with it. It was so fun! Next, Mr. Kent introduce himself. Then, he show us a video which was very amazing! I love the video! I have learnt that there is a new web generation 2.0 which was so much better the the older web generation 1.0. I also learnt a brief history about about internet, FTP and a basic understanding about internet! I love it!
